2. Accuracy of Information & Tools
Our tracking and shipping rate calculation tools retrieve information directly from public API bridges. While we endeavor to ensure all data is retrieved accurately and quickly, we do not warrant that the tracking checkpoint details, delivery estimates, or shipping calculations are 100% correct, up-to-date, or complete.
Rates calculated on this site are estimates only and include general sales taxes and fuel surcharges based on available server tables. The final tariff is determined solely by the booking clerk at the physical TCS Express Center at the time of shipment registration.
3. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall tcs-tracking.pk, its owners, or webmasters be held liable for any loss, damage, delay, or expense resulting from the use of our tools or reliance on the information presented on this site.
We have no power or authority to modify delivery instructions, update recipient addresses, hold parcels, or process compensation claims for lost or damaged goods. All such queries must be directed to official TCS courier hubs or their national UAN helpline at 111-123-456.
